Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
British IT services company Objectivity has announced that it will create more jobs at its Gdańsk unit than initially declared in November 2020. Currently, the company plans to hire 300 people, which implies that 100 employees will be hired in addition to the 200 already announced. The company is looking for programmers, testers, business analysts, project managers as well as administrative staff, HR, marketing specialists. Workers will be able to choose if to work in the office or in a remote format.
Objectivity was founded in Britain in 1991; the company is present in the UK, Germany, and Poland. The company delivers a wide range of digital solutions: web and desktop applications IoT, Big Data, Machine Learning, proactive maintenance and support. In Poland, the company has been operating for 13 years; it has an office in Wrocław.
