Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
French-German automotive components provider Valeo Siemens eAutomotive Poland has announced the creation of 320 jobs at its new production facility in Czechowice-Dziedzice by the end of 2022. The new site was officially opened on 18 November 2021. Valeo Siemens eAutomotive has already 180 employees and is planning to increase them to 500 by the end of 2022. At the facility, complete electric motors are produced.
Valeo Siemens eAutomotive established in Poland in 2016. The company is a leading supplier in the market of electric mobility and has its production facilities in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Skawina, Tychy and Chrzanów.
