Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Softelligence, a Romanian company specialized in providing business software services plans to create 100 new jobs by the end of Q2, 2022. The open positions are for software developers architects and engineers at its centres from Bucharest and Craiova (Dolj County). This expansion is part of the plan of the company to create and expand an Eastern European hub of excellence in consulting and digital transformation for firms operating in the financial services sector.
Currently, the company has a workforce of 250 in Romania.
The company has four branches, two of which are in Romania (Bucharest and Craiova), one in the United Kingdom and the newest one in Northern Macedonia.
Softelligence operates in Romania since 2006.
