Chinese provider of automotive components JoysonQuin Automotive Systems Polska, a subsidiary of Joyson Electronics, is building a new plant in Wałbrzych, Poland, and has announced the creation of 300 jobs. The company is to invest nearly PLN 12 million (€2.58 million) in the project. The new factory will be completed in the second quarter of 2022 and will produce details for doors and cockpits for Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. JoysonQuin Automotive Systems has 11 branches located in China, the United States, Mexico, Germany, Poland, and Romania. In Poland, JoysonQuin has been operating for over 20 years.
Joyson Electronics was founded in 2004 and it produces automotive components like safety-items, steering wheels, and premium interior decorative elements. The company employs about 60,000 in 30 countries.
