The Finland-based software company Good Sign, a subsidiary of private equity company Bocap, is creating 200 jobs in the next few years. Good Sign operates in Finland, the Netherlands, and the United States, and currently employs 40 people. Bocap is to invest €10 million in the expansion of its subsidiary.
Good sign provides software services, including smart pricing and billing automation software. It offers simple and measurable solutions to the real problems that all companies face in recurring billing. The company’s expansion is related to a growing demand for the services; the demand has been accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Bocap was founded in 2002 in Finland; the company is mainly dedicated to Finnish small and medium enterprises and it manages two private equity funds.
