Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Koezio Group, which is specialised in local digital services for small and medium-sized businesses, has announced a campaign to recruit more than 500 employees in France by the end of the year. The main profiles searched are sales people, support engineers, systems and networks engineers and administrative assistants. Between 2017 and 2021, Koesio have grown from 700 to 2,700 employees, an increase of almost 300% in its workforce. This vast recruitment plan 'reflects the group's growth ambitions, which are to reach a turnover of €1 billion in 2021', according the company. The group is also present in Luxembourg and in Belgium.
