Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Isagri is a privately owned French software company specialised in farming and rural business management software. It has announced the recruitment of 120 employees in France in 2021. They are going to be permanent jobs. 90 of them are working in the headquarter in Tille, in the Oise department. The company is hiring 50 IT developers, testers for quality control, and product marketing specialists; 15 people for support functions, as communication, digital marketing, CIO, finance, HR; other job positions concern customer relationships, to provide after-sale services. Thirty remaining positions will be for sales representatives that will have to sell the Isagri software in 5 French regions, not in the Oise.
The Isagri group operates in eleven countries and has 2,450 employees (850 at the Tillé site). Previous recruitment of 120 employees occurred in 2019. A recruitment of 150 employees was recorded in January 2018 and a recruitment of 110 employees was recorded in 2017.
