Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Romanian subsidiary of Genpact, an T&C service provider, has announced that it will create 500 new jobs at its locations in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca. The open positions are for graduates and senior experts in finance, accounting, procurement, IT support and consultancy services.
As of December 2020, Genpact has an employee base of approximately 2,741 in Romania.
Internationally, Genpact has over 90,000 employees in 30 countries.
