Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Lithuanian digital health and wellness company Kilo Health (Kilo Grupe) has announced that it will create about 600 jobs worldwide, including Germany and Ukraine, within the next 12 months. The company has launched new offices in Berlin (Germany) and Kyiv (Ukraine). In Ukraine, the company is to build an IT development centre, while the office in Germany will provide various services.
Operating for over eight years, Kilo Health is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company offers a wide range of mobile apps and currently it is one of the leading digital health and wellness companies globally, employing about 600 staff.
