Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Finnish software and services company, TietoEVRY, announced that it will hire around 500 new employees in Finland this year.
According to the company, the technology industry suffers from a shortage of competent workforce, especially in the digital development and consulting branches. The traditional recruitment methods do not work in this exceptional situation and therefore the company is using different networks and recruitment bonuses.
