Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Skello, a start-up that offers a software to manage the tasks of personnel management from the schedule of employees to their payroll, has announced the recruitment of 350 employees over the next 24 months, including 150 by the end of 2022.
Skello has raised €40 million which will enable it to consolidate its position in France and expand in Europe. On this purpose, the company has been testing the Spanish and German markets for several months. To enable this expansion, the start-up plans to double its investment in recruitment and increase its workforce to reach 500 employees within two years. Skello has a turnover of €5 million in 2020 and is aiming to reach €10 million by 2021.
A former recruitment has been recorded on the ERM database with 120 recruitments announced in 2018.
