European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Masteos, a company specialised in rental investments for individuals, has just finalised a new €15 million round of financing to ensure its development. Already present in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Strasbourg, it plans to open offices in 26 French cities and to recruit 250 people over the next two years.
Masteos is developing an integrated 'all in one' digital platform for individuals looking to invest in real estate. From obtaining a bank loan to managing the property, including any work and furnishings, the start-up assists these individuals in their efforts. It will continue to develop its solution and expand in France, but also in the rest of Europe from 2022. It is targeting Germany and Belgium as a first step.
