Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Emil Frey France group and BCAuto Enchères will open a second-hand vehicles reconditioning centre (CRVO) in Lens in Spring 2022. The group is recruiting 170 people on permanent contracts, including mechanics, body painters, warehousemen and experienced or junior managers.
According to the two companies, operating in the sale of new and second-hand vehicles, the business expansion is deemed necessary as the second-hand market is growing in France.
18 million euros are being invested in this new project, which will be the second CRVO site after the one in Ingrandes, which opened in 2020.
