Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Continental Engineering Services Portugal (CES), the Technology Development Unit of German Engineering Group Continental, will recruit 150 workers until the end of 2021.
The company, located in Porto, is looking for qualified workers, notably engineers and specialists in cybersecurity, penetration testers and full stack developers who will be engaged in developing solutions in autonomous driving, vehicle electrification, vision systems, cybersecurity, and industry 4.0.
The innovative projects in the automotive sector, the intercultural environment with joint projects in different locations, flexibility and career opportunities are some of the main attractions pointed out by the company.
The company aims to have 500 engineers by 2025.
