Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Germany-based provider of heating and cooling solutions Oventrop announced that it will create 100 jobs at its new factory in Szydłowiec within the next few years. The production facility is expected to be operational in October 2021, and up to 60 positions are to be created by the end of 2021. The recruitment process has been launched; the company is looking for fitters, CNC machine operators, programmers, and quality control staff. For hired employees, the company will provide special training at its units in Germany. Oventrop has been operating since 1851.
