Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
French logistic services company ID Logistics has announced that it will create 120 jobs at its new unit in Wola Rakowa near Łódź. The centre was launched in late-June 2021. The unit, consisting of 20,000 square meters, is planned to provide its services to 45 stores of E.Lecrerc, the French hypermarket chain, and will be its central logistics centre in Poland.
ID Logistics has been operating in Poland for 13 years. Currently, the company employs 3,500 people in 16 logistics centres across the country.
