The Italian restaurant chain Dispensa Emilia, specialised in typical recipes from Emilia Romagna region, announced its plan to open 10 new brand restaurants by the end of 2021. For this reason, the company will hire around 200 new staff.
Seven new restaurants will be opened in Lombardia, Emilia Romagna and Toscana and they will add up to the three new openings in Carpi (Modena), Lignano (Udine) e Garbagnate (Milano).
According to the company, this is a clear and precise sign of recovery that underlines the solidity of a brand despite the difficult situation of the sector amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
