Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
French logistic services company ID Logistics has announced that it will create 800 jobs at its new logistics centre in Rokitno in 2021. The recruitment process has been initiated; the company is looking for operations and technical managers, office staff, warehouse process specialists, specialists in HR, IT and OHS as well as warehouse staff and forklift drivers. The company will provide special training for candidates. The warehouse, consisting of about 80,000 square meters, is expected to be operational in late September or early October 2021.
ID Logistics has been operating in Poland for 13 years. Currently, the company employs 3,500 people in 16 logistics centres across the country.
