Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
German hair care company Wella announced that it will create between 300 and 350 jobs at its new shared services centre in Łódź in the near future. The recruitment process has been launched; the company is looking for specialists and managers in IT and finance. The centre will support financial process and serve as an IT centre of excellence for the EMEA region.
Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, Wella was founded in 1880. The company specialises in hair care, styling and colorants. The company is present in over 100 countries and employs 6,000 people globally.
