Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Ensto Ensek is a manufacturing and technology company active mainly in electrical equipment, machinery and related products. By the beginning of 2022, the company plans to recruit 150 employees for its newly established factory in Estonia. The factory will include modern automation solutions and is expected to help the company grow and produce more effectively. The company aims to be a leading smart electrical solutions provider in the Nordic countries, providing their contribution among other things in the sector of shipping, electrical heating and electrical vehicles charging systems.
