3Pillar Global, American software development company, plans to expand its operations in Romania by recruiting 100 additional employees in its centres in Cluj-Napoca (Cluj County), Timisoara (Timis County) and Iasi (Iasi County) by the end of August 2021. The company is looking for technology programmers such as .NET, Java, Front End, DevOps and iOS, QA engineers and UX designers, to help speed up business development and the portfolio of clients. Recruitment is taking place nationally as the company is extensively using telework in its day-to-day operations.
The pandemic has required the company to scale-up its portfolio of services as many clients increased digitalisation of their businesses.
3Pillar Global currently employs 550 workers in Romania.
