European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Citi Solutions Center, a subsidiary of Citibank Europe, has announced that it will create 800 new jobs at its units in Warsaw and Olsztyn by the end of 2021. Following the business expansion in Warsaw, the company is to lease a new office space which is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The company is a subsidiary of financial services company Citigroup, to which it provides financial, IT and human resources services for 96 countries all over the world. In Poland, the company has been operating since 2005; it has two other centres in Warsaw and Olsztyn employing 5,200 staff. Previous restructuring including creation of 300 jobs in Olsztyn was announced in October 2019 (Citi Service Center Poland2019 - PL).
