Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
German software company PSI Poland, a subsidiary of PSI Software, has announced that it will create over 100 jobs at its new office in Szczecin in the near future. The company is looking for programmers, analysts, consultants and product managers who will work on projects for manufacturing, transport, energy and logistics sectors.
PSI Software was founded in 1969; the company develops software for utilities, manufacturers and infrastructure providers. The company has 30 units worldwide and employs over 2,000 people. In Poland, PSI Software operates in the city of PoznaĆ employing over 300 staff.
