Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Chinese producer of automotive components Ningbo Tuopu Group has announced that it will create 450 jobs at its new production facility in Poznań. The recruitment process has been launched; at the moment, the investor is looking for qualified specialists, engineers and operation process staff. The company is to invest €30 million in its first factory in Europe which will produce components for electric vehicles. The plant, consisting of over 30,000 square meters, will be located in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, and the investment has been supported by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH).
Ningbo Tuopu Group was founded in 1983; the company provides mainly five series of products, such as anti-vibration system, interior & exterior system, automated driving system, chassis lightweight system and thermal management system. The company operates in China, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Malaysia, Sweden, Germany and France.
