Irish-based multinational Accenture, operating in business consultancy, announced a plan to hire 2,500 workers in 2021. The company mainly looks for strategic roles in the area of digitalisation and virtualisation of processes. 60% of the new jobs will be targeted to fresh graduates, who will be employed in the Italian cities of Milano, Roma, Torino, Napoli, Cagliari and Bologna.
The announcement was made by the group's Italian HR director who also confirmed the company's intention to continue investing in Italy.
The multinational has been operating in Italy since 1957, where it currently employs around 17,000 workers.
