Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The logistic services company ID Logistics has announced that it will create 350 new jobs at its e-commerce logistics centre in Krajków near Wrocław in the near future. The recruitment process has been initiated. The business expansion is related to the company’s decision to expand the facility and implement process automation solutions. The company is going to expand the warehouse by additional 10,000 square meters.
ID Logistics has been operating in Krajków since 2020; currently, the company employs almost 500 staff at the site. Previous job creation events were announced in 2019 (ID Logistics July 2019 PL, ID Logistics September 2019 PL and ID Logistics December 2019 PL).
