Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

American vaccine manufacturer Moderna has announced that it will create at least 150 jobs at its new global shared services centre in Warsaw. The recruitment process has been initiated; currently, the company is looking for HR department employees as well as the unit’s director. The centre will provide services in finance, pharmacovigilance, HR, digitization and compliance.
Moderna is a Massachusetts-based biotechnology company established in 2010; the company is focused on the development of mRNA technology, instrumental in the COVID-19 vaccination campaign. Currently, the company employs 1,300 people worldwide.
