Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CyberCare, the previous customer service department of the Lithuanian Tesonet group, is to create around 150 new jobs in Vilnius in the coming years. According to the management, CyberCare is separating from the Lithuanian-capital cyber-security company Tesonet and will become an autonomous cyber security product service centre.
Currently, the company employs around 350 employees, and this number is expected to grow to 500.
CyberCare was established in Lithuania as a Tesonet customer service department. It serves customers from 170 countries across the world and provides consultations to more than 11 million clients each year.
