Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Italian banking group Gruppo Bancario Credito Emiliano (Credem) announced the creation of a total of 300 new jobs planned for the year 2021, with 82 workers already hired in the first quarter of the year.
Strong focus will be placed on the commercial area – to which approximately 50% of new recruits will be allocated – but also on the IT area, constituting 20% of the new vacancies. The professional roles the bank is looking for are counter operators, junior IT profiles – to accelerate the digitisation of banking processes – and senior profiles to work as consultants.
The company has over 600 branches in Italy and employs a total of 6,219 employees in the country.
