Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Software provider Enterpryze has announced that it will be recruiting 100 jobs in Dublin over the next two years, without specifying when the employment effect will start. The new positions will be engineering, DevOps, development, sales, customer support and client management.
Enterpryze provides business and accounting solutions to start-up and high-growth companies. Having previously served businesses exclusively in South-East Asia, the Irish business has now decided to expand its services across Europe to help companies of all sizes manage accounting, inventory, CRM and operations through one platform. The new jobs will see its employee count increase to over 220 worldwide.
