Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The business service company Crif started a new recruiting campaign to expand its business; 150 new resources will be hired by the end of 2021 in the offices of Bologna, Milan, Rende (Cosenza) and Varignana (just outside Bologna).Business analysts, project managers, data scientists, consultants, software developers, system engineers, network engineers and cyber security experts are among the most sought after professions.
The expansion program is in line with the trend of the last four years, which has seen a 760 employees increase throughout Italy, of which 160 in 2020 despite the implications deriving from the pandemic. This expansion has the goal to support the growth of the company in global markets, and the strong acceleration brought about by the expansion of online banking services.
