Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Apave, which supports companies and local authorities in controlling all their technical risks and protecting their employees and facilities, will recruit 900 employees by the end of 2021 in its various businesses in France, including 113 in the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Apave main activities are regulatory inspection, building control and decision support for building owners, technical assistance, and vocational training. Two previous jobs creation were recorded in the past : 230 positions in 2017 and 650 positions in 2012. The group employs 12,400 people worldwide.
