Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Luxembourg company Alter Domus which is a leading provider of integrated solutions for the alternative investment industry, is setting an office in Vilnius where it will create 300 new jobs in the coming three years. The company have already registered a number of vacancies in its regional office in Vilnius. They are looking for talent acquisition manager, IT network security engineer, database administrator and other professionals. Alter Domus has also announced plans to establish strategic partnerships with Lithuanian universities. The company plans to offer both graduate and internship programmes to develop and upskill local talents.

The company has 36 offices in 20 countries; it employs around 3,000 employees worldwide.
