Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Talkdesk, the Portuguese company that develops contact centre solutions in the cloud will recruit 500 persons for different areas: research and development, sales and account management, project and program management, marketing, customer support, financial and accounting management, human resources and technical support. By the end of 2021, Talkdesk will complete hirings.
For the company, 2020 was a very atypical year and reinforced the importance of digitalization as a work tool, allowing the hiring of workers from different parts of the country.
