Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Dachser France, the freight forwarding and parcel delivery company, has announced the creation of 300 jobs in 2021 including 250 on permanent contracts to support its growth (we only take into account the permanent position as no information is available about the remain 50 recruitments). The profiles sought are for sales, training personnel, transport operators and customer relations agents.
Dachser France currently employs more than 3,000 people at 68 locations in France and generates sales of €834 million. It is the French subsidiary of the German transport and logistics group Dachser (€5.7 billion turnover in 2019, 31,000 employees at 393 sites worldwide.
Two previous business expansion were announced entailing 200 job creations in 2020 and 100 jobcreations in 2013.
