The transport company Bils-Deroo has announced the recruitment of more than 100 people at its site in Le Mans (Sarthe). These recruitments will be added to the 120 employees already on site. Gifi, which sells capital goods for the home, has teamed up with logistics specialist Bils Deroo to launch its network of platforms dedicated to the brand's logistics activity.
The platform delivers to the 117 Gifi shops located in Brittany, Pays de Loire and Lower Normandy. An average of 70 lorries circulate every day on this base: container arrivals, intra-community lorries, transfers between the different sites in France, shipments to the shops.
A former recruitment announcement of 120 job creations was announced in 2019 when the logistics site was opened.
