Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
A French global call centre operator Teleperformance is to create 500 new jobs in its customer service centre in Vilnius by 2022. The company is rapidly expanding in Lithuania and plans to increase its team by 500 people in 2021. Teleperformance LT is currently in a process of recruiting and selecting specialists, whose core functions will be reviewing and managing user generated content. Currently Teleperformance LT employs 211 employees in its service centre in Vilnius.
Teleperformance service centre in Vilnius was established in 2015. The company currently provides technical support, customer acquisition services, online interpreting solutions, data analysis, and many other services to its clients worldwide. Globally, Teleperformance employs more than 300,000 employees in 76 different countries.
