European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The start-up Welmo, which has developed an online real estate agency service with a fixed fee and personalised support, has announced the recruitment of 200 real estate agents in 2021. Created in 2016 in Paris, Welmo offers a 100% online personalised service for those wishing to sell or buy a property. Thanks to its tools which makes the sale of a property faster, the agency is expanding and is looking to develop in France. The company has raised €900,000 in 2019.
