Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The IT services company Modis has announced the recruitment of 765 employees in 2021 in order to support its client companies in their technological transformation and their search for talent and performance. Modis, a subsidiary of the Adecco Group, is looking for 700 employees on permanent contracts for engineering and technical profiles, whether they are young graduates or experienced. In addition to these positions, 30 business managers and 15 recruitment officers are also being recruited. In addition, 20 PhDs will be recruited to join the Research and Development teams. Modis also offers 70 work-study or internship positions in the data, digital transformation and Industry 4.0 professions. These positions are of limited duration. Modis has more than 2,500 employees in France.
