Ethics in the digital workplace

Sensée, the British outsourced contact services firm, has announced that it is creating 200 customer contact advisor jobs across the UK. Recruitment for the permanent full- and part-time roles has already started.
The chief operating officer of Sensée said that the demand for customer services continued to rise and added that homeworking enabled their employees to work flexibly and 'enjoy work-life balance benefits'.
Sensée was founded in London in 2004 and specialises in providing customer contact services via homeworking. Its clients include several government departments and large companies, such as Allianz and Bupa.
