Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish producer of windows and doors Alsecco announced that it will create 100 additional jobs at its production facility in Nysa. The company is looking for production staff, especially forklift drivers, willing to work in two-shift arrangement. The business expansion is associated with the launch of two new production lines at the site. The recruitment process is supported by the local employment agency in Nysa which offers a forklift license training course.
Alsecco has been operating in Poland since 1997; currently, the company employs 650 people. The company specialises in the production of PVC and aluminium windows, lift and slide doors, external doors, external blinds and glazing. Alsecco’s products are present on ten European markets.
