A representative of Firstsource said the company would run 'a range of programmes to welcome and train' new members of staff. The new offices have been built with funding from the local authority.
Firstsource Solutions provides multi-channel customer service for a range of industries from banking to healthcare and works with well known brands, including Sky and Virgin. The company operates in India, the US and in the UK, employing 6,000 people globally.
