European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Livestorm company, which offers a videoconferencing solution to professionals, has completed a €25 million financing round, which will enable it to recruit 100 people. The demand for its video conferencing tool exploded during the COVID-19 lockdown, and has not fallen off since. The start-up grew from 1,000 to 4,000 customers during this period, multiplying its turnover by three in three months. To ensure this growth, the start-up plans to recruit 100 new customers within the next year.
