Description
The Danish chemistry and engineering company Haldor Topsøe is planning to dismiss 200 employees due to the development of a new strategic plan that involves the restructuring of the business.
The new strategy aims at making Haldor Topsøe a market leader in carbon neutral technologies.
Roles of the remaining employees will also be reorganised. "It is never easy to let talented employees go. I want to thank them all for being part of making Topsoe a success,” says CEO Roeland Baan.
Haldor Topsøe has over 2200 employees worldwide with 1800 of them being employed in Denmark. The changes implemented through the new strategy will become effective on November 1, 2020.
