European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The manufacturer of metal parts and components for aircraft engines, Lisi-Aerospace, has announced 197 job cuts. The management specifies that negotiations will be undertaken very soon with the trade unions to define the terms of an employment safeguard plan and enable each employee concerned to find a solution. According to management, this reorganisation project is explained by the fact that commercial air transport has just entered the biggest crisis in its history because of COVID-19.
