Description
As announced on 26 May 2020, the German automotive supplier Eberspächer will cease production of car heating equipment at its plant in Esslingen which will result in the loss of 300 jobs. The family-owned company specializes in exhaust technology, vehicle electronics and air conditioning systems for cars. According to the company, production will be reduced step by step at the Esslingen plant until 2022 and relocated to Poland. The relocation process will start in autumn 2020.
