Description

AGC Glass Europe, a Belgian manufacturer of glass products has announced internal restructuring measures. In total 95 of the 612 employees are at risk of losing their jobs. The company management has stated the restructuring is necessary and will allow for a buffer in the coming years where they expect a significant reduction in turnover. The company has been struck by the current COVID-19 crisis, which has led to a standstill in both the construction and automotive sector, both important markets for the company.
