Description
German discount supermarket chain, Aldi, is planning to expand in northern and central Italy, increasing its current workforce in the country by 20%, i.e. by 360 employees.
The company, which is already present with 84 sales points and around 1,800 employees in the northern regions of Lombardy, Piedmont, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Trentino-South Tyrol and Emilia-Romagna, wants to expand to Liguria and Aosta Valley, in the North, and to Tuscany, in the Centre.
The objective of the new country managing director is to exceed 100 salespoints by 2020.
