Description
Dutch conference hotel chain Postillion will cut 110 of the 350 jobs in the Netherlands. The job cuts will affect all hotel locations as well as the support centre, all types of jobs will be cut. The job cuts are due to an expected 60% turnover decrease in 2020 compared with 2019 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. A social plan is in place and an agreement with the unions was reached, including the provision that the company has to hire back the staff if the situation improves within a 26-week period.
