European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Polish producer of footwear Ambika (formerly known as Lesta) will cut 100 jobs through a collective dismissal programme at its production facility in Oleśnica, Poland. The restructuring is related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its economic consequences. The restructuring was registered by the company at the local employment agency in Oleśnica in April 2020.
Ambika (Lesta) has been operating for over 25 years. The company specialises in the production of casual leather footwear.
